Worldwide Diversified Holdings to Receive $2.4M in Funding

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jan 22, 2015) -  Worldwide Diversified Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: WNTR) announced today that it has received $2.4 million in funding commitments as part of the acquisition of Lemaro Investments from Venerable Capital Corporation.

The funding will be used for portfolio investments and working capital. It will also allow the company to complete the listing process that will include a buyback of its shares in association with a dual listing on the OTC markets and a major exchange.
