Iceman- You are not grasping what will actually happen with the HVEL shares. Yes the % of the 725M in NTEK will equal your % of HVEL ON THE "FREE SHARES" HOWEVER IN ORDER TO PRESERVE THE VALUE OF THE HVEL PRE-EXISTING SH, THERE WILL BE A 10 TO 1 FORWARD SPLIT OF THOSE SHARES.

DO YOU GET IT AMIGO? THIS IS SOMETHING I HAVE "IN WRITING" FROM THE CO AND NOT JUST NTEK IR.

I AM NOT GOING TO ARGUE THE POINT WITH YOU BECAUSE I ALREADY HAVE THE OFFICIAL WORD ON THIS FROM NTEK. SUGGEST YOU CONTACT THE COMPANY DIRECT AND JUST DON'T ASK THEM ABOUT THE FREE SHARES BUT QUESTION THEM ON THE VALUE OF THE PRE-EXISTING HVEL SHARES ONCE ALL IS APPROVED BY SEC.

The free shares are still a fantastic plus for all NTEK SH but there was an agreement in place prior to the deal being consummated to protect the PRIOR HVEL SH from any dilution so NTEK did the right thing.

NTEK and HVEL get them while they are cheap as you will regret chasing both in the very near future
