It means just that, "go for it". If he/she thinks they have some kind of dirt on Sigma's deals with DARPA, ----Prove it. He/she won't say what their info or basis for their accusations are. But. It would seem odd that back in January he/she posted SIGMA's name (SGLB) on a board known for day traders, shorter, etc. Followed up with a second post thanking those on the board and boasting (my opinion) that if he/she wanted to have a security SP drop just post it on that board. Check my post from earlier today and go to that board and check(DD) it yourself.
Like someone said - all smoke and mirrors, and maybe??? stock manipulation.

Again - all in my opinion.
