FYI, Eddie Vakser is in 100% total control of SUTI. That has never changed from day 1. I will explain why. (1) Vakser is majority shareholder. He has 250 mil shares. Between he and his sister and brother in law, they own 450 mil out of 725 million shares. (2) Vakser's brother in law remains on the board so, now that SUTI was unnecessarily moved into Wyoming, ALL shareholder rights get taken away. Wyoming recognizes 100% liability with the paper that the company is printed on. No director liability whatsoever. (3) Now Vakser cannot overturn Jeffries as ceo because he has no shareholder voting rights. Here is where it becomes interesting ... Vakser's brother in law is still a CURRENT director of suti. He happily sits on the board to protect his brother in law Eddie Vakser, the thief. Jeffries is NOT in total control. Why is Vakser majority shareholders and WHY is Vakser's brother in law on the board today? No one will ever answer that question for you.

I am in total control and have an excellent board of directors
