Spoke to Norman again (late January)......he feels that the news will come out before end of February. He was hoping to have the info PR'd last December/January as he previously promised, however, he personally has NO control over completion. He told me end of February is his target as there are only 8 questions left between his lawyer and the SEC. What these questions are I do not know. He mentioned that working with the SEC is like doing work with the government (everything takes 3-4 times longer than it should! I have worked with LAUSD (Los Angeles Unified School District) school projects and I know exactly what he is talking about.....Anyways, for those that have been holding shares for some time, I HOPE the SWHI team pulls thru for us and delivers by end of month!

There is still hope here as was before but we just need to be patient......they are working on it!!!
