Same story when stockholders get restless you/UPZS/JIm says SOON, SOON SOON. One big question I'd like to have an answer to, is WHY UPZS PRed about signing agreement W/Essence Global Inc. ???
(Problem with this PR is there's NO such company named "Essence Global Inc.")

Larasan Pharmaceutical Corp. was to do what (Essence Global Inc.) is said to do. So what happened to Larasan ???

Before "Larasan" to distribute pizza there was (in 2013) "UPZS has signed a Letter of Intent with Beijing Jin Long Fei International Trading Co., Ltd.,"

Then UPZS had one bakery after another. Unbelievable but very true.

Now UPZS has "ARYZTA? Great Kitchens Inc." (Put out in a tweet that which UPZS NEVER put out PR saying they were using Tweets to put out company info as the "Security Exchange commission" says a company must do first in compliance with Regulation Fair Disclosure (Regulation FD)

Before "Aryzta" UPZS was very positive about "Better Baked Foods", which was mentioned in UPZS's conference call, (assisted by Frank V. B. JR)

So what happened to "Better Baked Foods" ??? SSSSSSSSHHHHH , (IMO & UPZS seems to say SsssHhhh... with their usual lack of transparency)), goes UPZS. lets just go to another bakery/& pizza distributor IMO to keep excitement going & to give the feel that something THIS TIME !!! is going to happen, but never does.

BUT HEY !!!!!!!

Before "Better Baked Foods" UPZS was talking just as highly about "Little Lady Foods" (What happened to it ??

You may want to step back and LOOK AT THIS PICTURE of UPSZ's Press Releases over the years.

IMO, UPZS's press releases CLEARLY say ...
This great bakery is going to bake our pizzas.....
Then...time goes on & UPZS puts another bakery in UPZS's PR limelite and says now this bakery will bake our pizza.
Then....another bakery replaces the last one as the one that'll finally do the job.

Well you get the picture of how UPZS works.

IMO, and most importantly, the way UPZS's PR's go, ...as time goes on with NOTHING happening, from UPZS talking about ARYZTA Great Kitchens Inc. , for a while, its almost guaranteed that UPZS WILL Press Release a new Bakery with all the excitement that each of the past ones had.

Wait for it. IF/when it happens (again), IMO, you'll see UPZS for what it REALLY is.
