skunksyard- I been watching you for a long time now. I really don't think you can Save Frank& Co from legal action. Why would you want to? High Risk Stocks does not give the CEO the right to LIE to his shareholders. A RISK is one thing, To Lie is another. Most of us have a folder of all the lies, including the DVD.

Ever hear of ENRON? That CEO Lied too.
