I agree. But it appears to lock in jails. To what extent is the question. "jail merchant services business" is awfully ambiguous.

Add that to all the other mystery deals, selling and buying their own ATM's, the Trust agreement, debt and equity financing and no audited financials and the mystery remains. heck, if one digs deep, another question could be who actually owns the technology and if GPSI/CPSZ or whomever got $4 million, where or to whom did that go?
