HVEL won't be as rich a scam, I don't think, because casino gaming is too well understood by too many people, and they can't run around claiming that they sold millions of dollars worth of machines to unnamed countries around the world, like they did with the non-existent 60,000 mass-produced NP-1s.
Remember that one when the balloon finally deflates, would be my advice.
Remember Foley taking photos of empty NP-1 boxes a year ago and claiming that they already had 15,000 of them in the retail channel at that time.
Remember that when it becomes even more obvious that the company's going nowhere, and that the whole thing's been a big stock scam.
Because that's the quick way to alert the SEC. Tell them about the bright-line securities fraud of claiming millions of dollars worth of product in the retail channel when the product didn't exist at all.
That sort of thing will be very easy for the SEC to prove when they audit the real books they'll find at NTEK.
And just for grins, they might look into who sold into the Google Super Tweet. That'll give them a short list of crooked NTEK insiders right there.
