not really sure I understand why this ETN and volatility attracts so many penny players. is the market really that bearish that it has the masses out licking its chops to sell it and play volatility as it collapses? or is it sucking in all the suckers to destroy their capital first as the dow runs to 20k?
such a weird environment we're in.

I only know this due to white entitlement, clearly.
