So...I don't understand, unless that was a deal made with Manu. Sitting on Yellow without releasing does no one any good. Don't we still owe like a million or so dollars in back pay or something? However, the movie could still gross a few million dollars on Netflix.

I bet that is what happens. Release to Netflix or Amazon and keep the lights on until SEC grants it OTC status. Then, a reverse merger with some entity--maybe?
