And it was not very smart or revealing for the CEO to not come right out and say that posts about the warrant out on him, are simply a case of him not being the individual the Sheriff is seeking. That in fact, that person simply shares the same name with him and that they are two separate individuals.

Instead, the FaceBook post seemed to be one of intimidation rather than clarification.

If I were wrongly accused of such a thing, my first response would have been that the warrant was for someone that shared the same name as me, but is not me. That would have put an end to all the drama surrounding that issue.

And then perhaps a warning that if accusations continued, legal recourse would be sought.

So, in my mind, those posts could still have some validity.
