from what ed wrote, it seemed like tony said that they did in fact raise the A.S. already but just didn't update their Nevada paperwork to reflect that. maybe I am misinterpreting what he wrote though or misunderstanding what that means as far as how many shares can be floating around if the paperwork isn't done with nevada.

cumulatively, I'm guessing there has been about 100million sold at .0003 over the past couple of months. whether that is just someone being goofy and trying to keep this down or the company or their note holders quietly selling to someone waiting down there at .0003, I don't know but I can't for sure say that it isn't dilution.

just hoping it isn't. maybe ed can clear up the A.S question? and that might clear up the dilution question if in fact they can't really offer more shares until things are updated with Nevada????
