Restricted shares can't be sold for at least one year, often longer.

Plus, (if you are referring to Vortex), INCC did not acquire that company, so obviously no shares will ever come from that...

If you mean, shares that were issued in connection with the successful completion and launch of the INCC website, which my team was instrumental in, then yeah in a year or two those restricted shares may trade, but not until INCC is growing in CO and pps is multiply pennies again.

Or higher, once INCC starts rolling, nothing will stop this from running
