the only thing Securus is acquiring is the jail side of their business as a new licensee from what I hear. Upwards of $10 million or about 5 x's their current market cap is what I was told they are paying. Gpsi will still own all the municipalities, overrides from all licensee, all proprietary software, and get overrides from all new installations.
