Real Estate ownership

I don't recall the split, but Bruce, Chuck and the Saumures own the whole plant, of which Tweed leases what they need. I thought I saw reference somewhere that suggested that Bruce and Chuck combined represented a minority stake in the real estate ownership, but I could be mistaken.

It looks like they're paying closer to $80,000 a month, which might sound like a lot, but is really only around $5.50 a square foot per annum. I'm no real estate guy, but that strikes me as fair, not "obscene".
