...Does anyone have any knowledge of the timeframe we are talking here?

This stock has been hovering between .20-.25 cents for a few weeks now. It's my opinion that the negative publicity on this stock has been weighing on the pps. I think it's just a matter of time before the trend begins to reflect the cost of oil. Any opinions on when that breakout might occur?
