I'm not entirely sure they are on the hook for anything in Canada at this point. The operation has moved on/out, it looks like everything DRAG is pursuing is down here. They are registered with FINRA/SIPC to trade on the OTC. I went through some of the rules/regs....and couldn't find any reason to satisfy the Canadian markets, unless they wanted to trade up there again....
