The amendments did not substantially change anything. One amendment did clarify the initial 17% interest rate was a mistake and it would actually be 20.5% at the end of the two year term.

As I included. It has not changed from the 20.5%.

The equity that LUK is entitled to is not a prepayment penalty.

It is not a penalty at all. It is part of the Loan Agreement.
