Many companies start of via reverse mergers, once done it's OUT with the old and in with the new.....
Please prove the three officers were incarcerated on "felony" convictions and what time they were sentenced to and where they were sentenced to spend their time.
They assumed over $2.4 million in debt for the reverse merger at rates from 12-15%. By creating the trust deal they wiped out these interest rates for 5% of the gross revenues. This helped the company tremendously in the beginning. If you need me to do the math for you let me know.

Doesn't mean that they haven't been very busy, this Securus deal has been in the works for a whole yr. If you go back and look at the stock performance the previous communications weren't doing any good any way so they decided to stop wasting money putting out pr's.
