That doesn't make sense. Yes, there are many unresolved financial issues. That IS the reason the PPS is where it is. Management is clearly the blame for this. However, there is indications that the company is seeking ways to rectify the financial mess they are in (toxic financing). That makes SVFC a speculative play. Any stock trading at .0001 is a speculative play. But you can't ignore the potential that the company DOES have based on the science and technology. SVFC is a speculative play with a lot of potential. If they straighten out the financial mess the shareholders will be rewarded.
