Sadly, with no transparency required for OTC, there is Only (1) requirement. I just got off phone with the SEC and FINRA. They are REQUIRED to notify FINRA within 10 days of name change. However even if they do that, it is not publicly disclosed by FINRA. The company would have to disclose that. So if anyone wants to call Hitec and ask them if they have notified FINRA of the November/December Nevada Secretary of States Office changes, feel free. I lost patience and my cool 2 weeks ago and ripped Jeff Michel a new one. So I am certainly not on his "Likes List." LOL
