Why is the Poison Pill in place if this were the case? Not to mention, they would have CAL's up the ying yang.

If you go back and read my posts, I have never been an apologist for PPHM management. In fact, at times have been highly critical. However, I find it amusing that criticism has gone from - placebo; to never get to phase 3; to never get enrolled; to no commercial product until 2017/18; to now selling out for bread crumbs as CP would say. Apparently, most now seem to at least agree Bavi works and will be approved - just that they are now going to give it away.

Apparently, PPHM had a $2 BILLION partnership deal in place 2 1/2 years ago before the data snafu. And now they are going to sell the company for less than that? NO WAY, NO HOW. After all the time and effort that has been put in, they are now a whisker away from being a multi-billion dollar company with enormous potential beyond that. Sit back and enjoy the ride.
