The order didn't come until Nov 5, 2014

The order for MJNA to pay the 45M shares was issued on November 5, 2014. MJNA filed an emergency motion to stay the order on November 10, 2014, and a hearing was scheduled for December 2, 2014. At the hearing, the motion to reconsider the order was denied, which should mean that the order for MJNA to repay Roen with 45M shares within three days went into effect.

45 million free-trading shares would be a 4.7% increase in the OS, but a much larger increase in the float, which was last reported in 1Q/13 as 411M shares.

Those shares should have been paid to Roen in 4Q/14, but MJNA may have delayed, because in a recent (2/3/15) action in the Clark County courts, MJNA's counterclaim against Roen was dismissed, and the minutes appeared to indicate that the shares had yet been delivered.

The notes about 2Q/14 delivery were not about the Roen notes, because at that time, MJNA was still contesting those in court. They were talking about the other $9M in notes, which are most likely due to HDDC Holdings (Llamas' company).
