There is a big locked up segment of the float here with the longs (assuming they are still holding) but that still leaves a good 5mil out there in regular trading. Fact is some folks play short and wouldn't have the patience for this play because management doesn't issue fluff pump PRs.

Some that came in during the last teen run may have bailed here and others that came in yesterday for a one day flip may be cutting losses.

I do agree though it is odd to see vs some other pennies that rocket on nothing substantial (likely with a PR firm pumping).
