I say they have a buyer and they are holding back as much as they can.... They probably already made some kind of deal for a sell out of $5.00 a share... So they want to keep it way under the $5.00, so it looks like they got a good deal in the end.... A company trading @ $1.24 who sells out at $5.00 a share looks big in some eyes... IMHO.

We will be Avid Bioservices in the end.
