I agree BB that the filings have been very sloppy up until now, but the filing will be made in 5 days (Monday) and this is not an unusual delay. The SEC rules allow for this 5 day extension. I do not think this any kind of big issue.

Having said that, I find your take on the general handling of the company image to be interesting and thought provoking. Let us hope EO is trying to build a great company, not just make a quick score.
