Its my understanding that the CEO of DOMK and anonymous posters would have unsuspecting investors continue to buy diluted shares until all the convertible notes are done.

And then what?? abandon the DOMK shell to start an IPO, what about all the investor that are holding millions and millions of DOMK shares??
