You are missing the point - a CEO is the steward of the a public company and responsible for making prudent financial decisions.

If Jones can't control his personal spending and is reckless with his own finances - it is safe to assume he won't be making prudent decisions with the shareholders best interest in mind.

I do find it interesting at how shareholders justify every misdeed that GRCU has done and is doing - typical penny stock investors - playing the nickel slots with dreams of becoming a millionaire.

I see no issues if the CEO declared bankruptcy

That is his personal business

How many celebs have declared bankruptcy several times over and what about Donald Trump?

How many regulars Joes have declared bankruptcy?
