What do you think about the situation with Mr. Dave's SEC subpoena for the Songbird/Knowledge Machine International or other company with a parent/subsidiary issue? What do you think about of overlap of Dave, Yaples, and to a lesser degree, Vekkos and Mah? Do you think that the attempt to invest 12% (I think 12) in Allotrope is a conflict of interest? When Mr. Witty first responded to our queries, we were told that Mr. Dave was still heavily involved with Sigma. What do you think about the change in his relationship (Chief Science Advisor , member BoD, founder, to being a consultant on as needed basis) with Sigma, per Linkedin and other IR replies?

I have many questions but I won't be able to continue too much today.
