and what do you think that draw from Lincoln equals... DILUTION. Worse dilution than any discount on the offering IMO. I believe the burn rate is 4-5 million a month. that would leave 6-8 for each 30 million Lincoln provides. I do not know where anyone comes up with that OCAT has 18 million hand.
