That's basically what I think too. They already have 2 license deals with StemCells21 and Cell Innovations and they both appear to be using Intellicell procedure. The disagreement and lack of revenue is probably held up by patent uncertainty. Once patent is granted, immediate revenue streams and likely others like Chaum will be on board.

In the US, that is different as they already have patent. Funding to push all these IND efforts and clinic expansion is what they must have and this isn't being held up by any EPO activity. Could come anytime..
