Recommend against buying shares or bonds

While there may be some 'bounces' for a few days once in a while, but in the end the common is going to be worthless since the stockholders equity as of 11/30/2014 was negative $184 million. There may not even be enough money to pay off the 2019 bonds since they are trading below 20 (out of 100).
