BioCell:

The new PR guy got to one of my emails from January 25th. He forwarded it on to Brazos, and Brazos called and spoke to me for about 40 minutes, which I thought was pretty cool. He is going to send me a "care package" of Biocell trial products in the mail within 2-3 weeks (package was readily available because he is heading out to educate and train the sales staff when Cannacon is over, lucky timing). When the package arrives I'll let you guys know what is inside. I should have asked a lot more questions but I wasn't expecting the call. Here's a few notes.

Nitric Oxide is the basis for all of these products. They have already been contacted by three different companies about obtaining a license to utilize the BioCell patent. One of them is about a $300M company. I do not have the names of these companies.

There is a successful retailer in Canada that has already contacted them about providing premium shelf space and corresponding in-store promotional advertising. This will not happen overnight because, as SFP pointed out, it is generally quicker to get nutraceutical products to market in the USA. Nice to know the Canadian retailers are ready, though.

The J2 Response PR is basically a marketing company to get started with. Brazos said they use J2 to basically "develop and perfect the message". They use J2 to figure out what message customers respond to, what they want more of, etc. Once they are confident in the products and how to market them, they consider other strategies and companies that are capable of "saturating the market".

He said new CEO Bill is supportive of BioCell and told Brazos something to the effect "If you need funding, give me your financial analysis, if it makes sense, the money is yours". J2 deal was cited as an example, there is an expected payback on this deal so I don't want anyone complaining about more "consultants"

He mentioned the Empirical Lab deal is a 5 year deal.

That's all I got, really. I wasn't very prepared for the call.
