I have made money in the past on certain special situation stocks that have gone into Ch11 not because of overwhelming crushing debt in excess of assets but due to cash flow issues.

I have bought a few shares down here as a lotto ticket on you being right. Not a personal bet on you per se but betting on the odds-weighted prospect that assets, in the view of potential buyers, do in fact substantially exceed liabilities and that a higher buyer will emerge providing residual value to common shareholders.
If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
