Well no one knows who will sell out at 3x4. I mean obviously there will be people that sell, but if people are buying, then there are people that see more potential. But I am almost willing to bet it won't take much if the financial reports look good. It just depends on what the fins will look like. I think the financials will be much better than I originally thought. That's mainly because they are reporting Metro as part of the annual for 2014 which I thought it would be just Tarragon.

And the first quarter in 2015 will have revenue from Tarragon, Metro, and the rest of the current operations. They will strengthen the financials for future quarterly releases. And there are people who will see that and that's where the volume will come through.

If audited financials are good, this leads to more people believing the PR's. Especially since there is a trove of PR's lined up nicely for new comers to see when they stumble on this stock. All about looking ahead.

The R/S is still something that no one can see for sure, but ,imo, they would have already done it by now if that was the only option. What benefit is there to wait if that was the only option?

They want countryside in Q2 which is enough time for the annual as well as a Q1 in the time frame and even enough time to squeek the 30 day requirement. They are banking that the financials will be key in price movement.

There will be waves of volume initially from first released finances with enough time to consolidate and price move before the 1st quarter. You also have to look in between the lull of annual and first quarter. If annual proves worthy, then the news will start to add more weight and volume.

Of course this banks on good finances and audited.
