Yeah....you're right. No one cares about how a CEO runs a real business. The shareholders just sit there and watch a company falter without doing anything. No one complains at shareholder meetings or to the company itself. The CEO has no standards of performance.

CEOs work with complete immunity.

Now....THAT is ridiculous.
