If this was a phase 1 company I would be more concerned. It is not however and yes the major late stage trial was on hold for years due to lack of funding and having to deal with toxic financiers.
However last year revenue for the first time (maybe not profits yet) but revenue on the books for the first time ever. Now with the plan to use incoming revenue to fund the trials again is great news. There is definitely manipulation here and I am no analyst by any means. Not the company's doing. IMO.
