Luk does not want FXCM to lose share value. If they did ultimately have to do something drastic, they would want the stock value to be as high as possible. So either way, value should go up. Protect yourself, own both, ...

Just My Opinion and thought, Don't make a decision based on this, just my thought. What do you all think?
