Ed's point is well taken and he is right to live by his rules. It is ALMOST never good news to see something like this. And it is very prudent to be suspicious especially when the news comes with the horrible trading action

However! Don't forget this stock started as a reverse merger OTC name. Another warning flag. This news clears out the last remnants of that previous company. Remember Stetson was named CFO originally, before being replaced (another red flag that really wasn't). So I'm gonna choose to look at this as a positive step forward away from the past and towards Croxall's vision of being the Best in Breed public IP company
