Simple concepts such as ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION and that it comes in different frequencies and wavelengths, easily understood by even elementary students is all that is involved in the heralded technology claimed by CDEX and its unlamented PAPA LOCH. The idea of resonance may complicate it a bit but it has been well known for well over a century.

Maybe JB can impress by explaining the technology without a QUE board to read from.

Should be able to do that since he is the CEO of a company whose so called technology is based on it.

Or maybe he thinks it really is knowledge esoteric to CDEX and safe from exploitation by others.
