Have you considered the possibility that the REASON Dario has "~17.5k likes" is BECAUSE of its "limited availability"? That and the likely fact that DRIO employees probably have a lot of time on their hands may have contributed no small amount to all those "likes."

Did you see Ihealth's promotion:

Sort of a "dink" promotion, I must say, but probably still manages to encourage new customers as well as promote goodwill among established ones.
