I agree its certainly a risk IF this was a real product coming to the market. The performance of this company (IE the lack of) though seems to indicated nothing is ever going to come to market so they don't really need to worry about getting sued while creating a bunch of bag holders.

As I said for anyone that really thinks 5HH is coming out please show me the trademark they have for it since the hype over the name is all this has going (there are plenty of edibles already on the market...).

There is nothing here, just an empty shell with empty promises.
