Actually, the difference between the O/S in the Q3 and what is currently reported on OTCMarkets is 144,500,000, which confirms, sort of, that Nathan "gave back" 150M shares, but also suggests that 5,500,000 were somehow added to the O/S between September 31 and January 9.

The 30-some million that were supposedly reclaimed is based solely on a press release, and anyone who follows pink stocks knows just how "reliable" those are.
