it will be nice if any settlement is there. but there isn't. How long does it take? Who knows. Good point that the case ZTE v Vringo was transfered to Southern New York. But it can takes weeks and months. ZTE doesn't want the whole portfolio. Last try of ZTE - it is an another fact of this. Only after some Judge rulings we can expect any progress. NDA-2015, UK FRAND - early 2016 if ZTE doesn't take Vringo's contentions to FRAND issues.
