All I spew is the truth! WEST is BROKE! WEST has to sell shares to pay monthly expenses. WEST has outstanding debt from years ago they cant pay. WEST loses money on every panel they sell. ALL FACTS!

He gave you almost 20 reasons in the prospectus that he feels its highly unlikely the doors will stay open, everything from market conditions, to heavy competition, to supplier relations, etc...DAMN!
