I think that might be the 10-K date, but I looked back at three years of SEC filings and did not see any 4th quarter 10-Qs. The 1st quarters were posted May/June, 2nd quarters were consistent with an August posting. The 3rd quarter is always posted around mid-November. But, as I said, I saw no 4th quarter 10-Qs.

Maybe they are not required to post a 4th quarter with the yearly 10K out the next month?
