Bad news or no bad news, the market reacted to the last CC and not in a positive be way. If history is any indication there's no reason to buy heading into the call. The markets taking that position currently. Hence, the pull back heading into the call. No real buying interest.

This has buy potential in my opinion. It has all the ingredients, but just like a good soup in needs time. Perhaps a buy in the latter half of the year or in 2016.
