You have a shell that was bought. The new guys in, have to be in for well over $2.3 million just to get the shell and the stock split done. We know that there was a problem on capitalization with shares, but we don't know the status of the problem. We also know that the Company needs $1.5 million for operating funds.
Now, when the shell was purchased these guys had to have known that they would need $1.5 million. Obviously they thought back then that they would get the money. The capitalization in shares appears to be an issue that they hadn't counted on.
I still think that WE get a pop here, but there is definitely a possibility that these guys just wasted over $2 million bucks and actually hadn't correctly thought this whole thing out.
