hey all, very cool new website. check out the partners tab, you will see HISC.

by the way also called BA, asked to be included in the teleconference, also asked:
1. when is actsoft acquisition due?
he responded he could not comment on that since it was not yet public. left me kind of wondering? but was mentioned in of their PRs not long ago???(more on this later)

2. do you know if the current share structure will be changed?
he also said that he could not comment but he hesitated a lit bit in his answer, which sounded like "i know stuff but i cannot tell you". so i guess there will be changes,but what we can expect i don't know but i think they will be positive

after his answer i decided to call Actsoft. so i called their sales line and got this rep on the line. And i asked "Who's actsoft owned by?" his answer was "actsoft is owned by actsoft". and then i asked if he did not know that HISC was going to buy them, to which he answered those were the first news he got from that and that HISS was only a tecnology partner thanks to CT.

this is really weird. Shouldn't these guys know they are going to be bought???
